In today's accounting profession, artificial intelligence tools are becoming increasingly prevalent, but confusion exists about their true capabilities and limitations. In this ten-minute nano learning course, we'll explore the key differences between Narrow AI (what we currently use) and Strong AI (what exists in science fiction). Through practical examples from accounting and finance, we'll examine how current AI tools actually work in professional practice, helping you make informed decisions about AI adoption while understanding its real capabilities and limitations.

Instructors
Garth Sheriff, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), CIA, CGMA, MAcc, is the founder of Sheriff Consulting.
