Course Description

Stress is unavoidable, and as you’ll learn from this course, not all stress is bad. To manage stress, we need to be able to recognize when it is helping us and when it is harming us.

In this ten-minute nano learning course, we explore the differences between good stress (eustress) and bad stress (distress) and how they affect our physical and mental health. We will then examine a proven method for reducing bad stress, called gratitude practice.
